We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive our digital client acquisition and business development initiatives through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the LinkedIn pages of the company and founders — ensuring professional brand presence, audience growth, and engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, and digital platforms.
- Write Upwork proposals and manage bidding submissions with high-quality, customized responses.
- Conduct market and client research to identify prospects, understand their needs, and tailor communication.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, email campaigns, and digital content supporting lead conversion.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and CRM of leads, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project scoping, proposal drafting, and closure.
- Track performance metrics (conversion rates, proposals sent, leads won) and report insights regularly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other freelance bidding platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business writing ability.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, proposal writing, and client management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools preferred.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and target oriented.
