Senior Sales Executive


Xcelerate Business Advisory LLP is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in financial services, accounting, and advisory.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to position Xcelerate as a market leader.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Work independently and lead a team to achieve business targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, accounting, and advisory sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team to drive sales growth.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a consulting, advisory, or financial services firm.
