The ideal candidate should be capable of driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in financial services, accounting, and advisory.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends to position Xcelerate as a market leader.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Work independently and lead a team to achieve business targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial services, accounting, and advisory sectors.
