As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our client\u2019s financial processes and supporting strategic decision-making for both Xcelerate and our global clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. End-to-End Bookkeeping:
    Manage the full accounting cycle, including financial transaction recording, banking operations, and maintaining ledgers for audit readiness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Bank Reconciliation, Invoicing & Billing:
    Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal financial records, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to clients, following up on payments, and efficiently tracking receivables and payables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:
    Maximize cash flow by streamlining invoicing, monitoring payments, and effectively managing collections with clear credit policies and regular reconciliations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Accounts Payable (AP) Management:
    Optimize working capital by managing cash outflows, ensuring timely payment runs, and improving vendor relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Payroll Processing:
    Manage and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees in compliance with legal requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Vendor and Client Management:
    Establish strong relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring smooth payment processing and collection cycles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Data Migration and Data Management
    Work closely on data migration across different software\u2019s and establish data management practices to effectively provide insights.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Desired Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Strong accounting knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficiency in accounting software: Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Expertise in Excel and MS Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work with international clients, understanding both UK and US financial standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Familiarity with international accounting practices is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          8 productive hours per day, flexible timings (UK & US shifts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
